Bring back fixed interest rates

FOR the last decade or so, BSP personal loan interest rates were calculated at a fixed rate and added onto the principle loan as a final repayment amount as per the agreement.
But now, things have totally changed.
Interest rates are calculated on a monthly basis and this is killing the ordinary workers whether it be at public or corporate circles.
I understand the business world as it operates on making money for its sustainability, but please leave the personal loan interest rate as a fixed interest on to the principle loan amount.
