BSP, improve customer service

 EVERY time I go to Bank South Pacific (BSP), I see very long queues. The tellers seem weak and very slow. Some even serve their wantoks ahead of others. BSP must also stop charging customers unnecessary fees for checking balances or making deposits. BSP is now a leading bank in the Pacific and must improve on their customer service.  ANZ Bank is doing fine as it provides seats for its customers. BSP must learn from ANZ in providing fast, efficient service.
