BSP Vanuatu appoints new division head

WARREN Bobin has been appointed head of corporate for BSP Vanuatu on Tuesday.
BSP Group chief executive officer Robin Fleming said: “A career banker with over 15 years of experience, Warren is no stranger to the banking industry and will add value and experience to the BSP team in Vanuatu.”
Bobin spent the past 10 years with a major international bank in Vanuatu and Timor Leste.
He was head of corporate/head of business lending and director institutional banking in PNG with an Australian bank.
“Having worked in Vanuatu for four years, he is familiar with both the business environment and the country,” Fleming said.
He said Bobin has a proven track record in Vanuatu and is an experienced banker with a strong focus on training and staff development.
BSP Vanuatu country head Nik Regenvanu said: “He will be a great asset in driving our corporate business proposition, ensuring our loan portfolio is well managed and providing the guidance and support to the corporate team.”
Originally from Australia, Bobin is a career banker with a master in business administration and graduate diploma in commerce, both from the Wollongong University, Australia.
