Build capacity to assist customers

Letters

THE Bank South Pacific has done great by investing millions in supporting community development projects and social welfare assistance in PNG and the Pacific.
We appreciate that contribution.
The group’s reinvestments in broader markets increased its portfolio but the bottom line is all these investments are the reflection of customer loyalty through banking processes.
BSP management, do you intend to build your own capacity by recruiting more tellers and setting up more branches to address customers queuing whole day simply to access basic services such as deposits, lending services and general enquiries?
Standing in long queues for hours is becoming a norm and creates anxiety.
BSP needs to invest more in building its own capacity.
