Build solar power project for Gulf

THERE should be a solar power project in Gulf to provide electricity to all the districts of the province. The solar power project should benefit every household in the province. The proposed project should be built by China Construction Energy Company Ltd and the total cost for the project could be around K40 million. The provincial government must come up with long term development plan for the province in order to improve people living standards.
