Buk Bilong Pikinini’s K60,000 boost

BUK Bilong Pikinini, on Tatana Island, Central, has received K60,000 from the City Pharmacy Ltd Group of Companies.
Chairman Mahesh Patel said he hoped the donation would benefit and improve the lives of children and community on the island.
The company gave a similar amount last year.
He said he strongly believed that the essence of the company’s success lay in the community it served.
His personal goal is to make an impact and improve the lives of every person in PNG through business enterprise and community service.
Patel is supporting PNG farmers through its Stop N Shop supermarket.
Buk Bilong Pikinini provides learning opportunities for the
most vulnerable children in the country.
