Bulolo half-truths

I LAUGHED when I read page 12 of The National on Friday (March 2).
Bulolo MP Sam Basil and his district administrator for Bulolo District Tae Gwambelek may have been chest-beating at the 2018 Leadership Summit about developments in their Buang and Mumeng local level governments.
The fact is that the rest of the remote parts of Bulolo district have not seen any changes since time immemorial.
Lots of half-truths are told these days.
