 IT is obvious and with no doubt that Buang, Morobe, will be the first to improve in terms of development. 

The Waria LLG is the least developed area of Bulolo district. It  has been neglected and given less attention. 

Bulolo MP Sam Basil must ensure that there are fair and equal development opportunities for all LLGs in Bulolo.
