POWERBOSS (PNG) Ltd managing director Michael Pai says it is now the time for leaders to unite and help Prime Minister James Marape end corruption.
Pai said corruption would take time to be wiped out and leaders should set aside their political differences for the future of the people and country.
“Address corruption and deliver the much needed projects to serve the people,” he added.
“Provincial leaders must unite to resolve their problems, meet with regional leaders and then take it up with the Government.
“I am monitoring and moving with the people in Lae.
“I saw the real impacts of political division on the people.
“People go without food for a day, can’t afford new clothes and buy necessities show the real impact of the economic crisis on the people.
“Leaders must think out of the box and fund where necessary,” he added.
Pai said there were important projects on the cards to help the country, like the Wafi-Golpu project, P’nang, Muruk and the Juha and ongoing Gulf gas projects that needed unity to succeed.
