Cancel all exam papers

THE 2015 Higher Education Certificate Examination in Western Highlands be nullified. All secondary school students cheated for the exams. Answer sheets were leaked out to students before the exmas. This is undermining the integrity of the education system in PNG. It is certain that all school around PNG did the same thing. One suggestion is compare students internal marks with the external to award marks for each subjects.
