THE Constitutional Law Reform Commission (CLRC) is working with the Office of the Censorship to review the Censorship Act 1989.
CLRC secretary Dr Eric Kwa said there was a need to review the Act because of the growing changes in technology.
He confirmed CLRC would support the review process in two areas, to fully review the act in terms of human resource and financial support.
“This support is to help the Censorship Office to run workshops or meetings or drafting workshops to review and prepare the proposed Act.”
