Centre gets Fun Run backing
A WHOLESALER has jumped on the Trukai Fun Run bandwagon to support St John’s Special Education Centre compete in the annual event.
KK Kingston presented St John’s Special Education Centre with 300 t-shirts at Hohola, Port Moresby yesterday.
The firm’s Southern region marketing coordinator Geraldine Biaun that this was the second time for the wholesaler to donate t-shirts to the centre through their brand ambassador Linda Pulsan, a powerlifting gold medallist at last year’s Pacific Games.
Biaun said the firm was proud to continue their relationship with the centre.
St John’s Special Education Centre senior inclusive officer Christine Kenia thanked the firm for its generosity and support for the centre the second year running.
“We are fortunate that the firm has come on board, recognised and offered support for these very special students in Port Moresby and the country to participate in the annual Trukai Fun Run in Port Moresby,” Kenia said.
