Change comes from individuals

Letters

PRIME Minister James Marape is concerned on how PNG will operate its own affairs to bring peace and harmony to the people of this nation.
The 111 members in the parliaments are only 0.001 per cent compare to 8 million people in the country.
The real changes with come from each individuals, so called citizen of this nation.
There is the saying from John F. Kennedy, the 35th president of United States of America. Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.
This saying has a lot of meaning and it really implies to PNG if we want the real changes we (citizen) must invest our effort to bring PNG forward and declare as the richest black Christian country in the world.
Be the agent of changes by all means, wherever you are to achieve the goal that our newly appointed PM set. We are always depending on our MP’s to give us money only to satisfy our daily needs and if we are not getting anything out of MP’s we are trying to go against leaders do all unnecessary comments.
But that mindset must go away from us now and let us contribute ideas and efforts to bring PNG forward.
We must change our mind-set, in order for PNG to change reflect the name; PNG Christian country.
Enough of free-will, now is the time to hard-earn and invest for the nation, rather expect from the nation.
