Charity concert raises K111,600

SIX charitable organisations have received K18,616.40 each from funds raised during the Sheppard live charity concert held last month in Port Moresby.
The concert held at the
Dynasty Restaurant in Oc­-
to­ber raised more than  K111,600.
The six charitable institutions are Operation Open Heart Foundation, RH Foundation Inc, We Care Foundation, PNG Children Foundation, Buk Bilong Pikini and Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
They received K18,616.40 each at the Young and Williams office at the Investwell building.
Greg J Sheppard said another concert of the same type could be held next April if there was enough support.
The RH Foundation thanked Sheppard for supporting the work it was carrying out in Pa­pua New Guinea.
