TAKE a peek into William Powi’s office, the Governor of the resource-rich Southern Highlands and the provincial administration and you will know the type of people working there.
There have been calls by independent observers and people from Southern Highland saying that the level of development in the province does not equate to the province’s revenue.
Southern Highlands is not developing like other provinces with resources such.
A leader is as good as the people he surrounds himself with. For Southern Highlands, it would be better said that the leader is as bad as his team.
The province’s poor performance in service delivery and is a reflection of the type of people working there.
Recent graduates with less than three years of work experience are being employed in senior management and advisory positions.
Just below them are school drop-outs.
People who were spewed out by our education system somehow found their way into the provincial government.
It doesn’t end there, people who never received formal education or even up to at least tertiary education are also placed in advisory positions.

  • Not only in the SHP but in other provinces as well, wrong people are employed to maintain their kingdom survival,
    however are blinded to understand righteousness is taking its own course by preparing mass coffin boxes across the nation, won’t last long in that place…righteous will rule this nation….

  • Lol.it’s not a joke..it’s real and evident and happening ..no wonder and SHP is wayback and most fled into POM and Lae.
