THE city manager and his market manager should come to Manu Street Market and inform the vendors on what fees should be collected and who should be collecting.]
There are people claiming to be appointed by NCDC to collect K2 for every coconut bag sold from rural PMVs.
They do not collect fees for other vegetables such as kaukau, potato, bananas, etc. Manu is not a market, but at least NCDC should put a stop to people who are stealing from the venders.
They should stop pretending that NCDC has appointed them to collect market fees and charges.
