Check Morobe education board

THE millions deposited into the Morobe education division’s account are being used to taunt schools.
The division wants schools to present acquittals before funds are released and this can take long.
This is somewhat telling the public that those in charge of schools do not know what they are doing.
Funds have been controlled and paid to schools according to the division’s wishes, which is why most schools in Morobe are not progressing.
Can the Government check the Morobe education board regarding this?
I am not sure if this year will be different.
