I EXPRESS my dissatisfaction on the prepaid phone top-ups done on the BSP automated teller machines (ATM).
While the service is very convenient for many, it still has a loop hole that needs to be addressed.
A couple of times, I tried getting top-ups at ATMs that didn’t have the audit rolls.
I didn’t know because there were no red light indicating no audit rolls.
Even though I didn’t get the voucher numbers, I still got charged for the transaction as the amount was deducted from my account.
I believe this has been experienced by many others.
Can BSP do something to safeguard customers’ money?
