THE Western Highlands PNG Bible church held a dedication service for the presentation of vehicles, a generator and opening of a classroom at Warakum in Mt Hagen last Saturday.
The church presented a Toyota LandCruiser to Warakum church pastor Rev Berry Tina, two buses for the church and a standby generator for the church and school and opened a double classroom.
National church foreign missions director Philipo Mariye said it was through the hard work of congregation that the church was able to purchase them and opened the new classroom.
“The dedication service for the properties worth about K3 million is from the hard work of mothers, they were involve in small to medium enterprise activities (to raise the money),” Mariye said.
“When we partner with God, all things are possible, though there is no contribution from the Government to purchase them, the Lord provides and blesses us every day.”
Rev Tina said many Christians struggled to go home and the buses would help them.
He said school was one of the best in Mt Hagen and had produced many good students.
