Church must look into campaigning pastor

Can the United Church hierarchy probe the old pastor from a WPMC member church?
He is actively involved in and out of candidate’s camps using the church bus and does not seem to make up his mind and resembles his dull ministry.
Even the young pastor from this same church after serving a mere three months got his reverend status while others served years of practical before their earned ordination.
You only need to look at the social evils to see that the spiritual leadership needs to be disciplined to tow it in line by the hierarchy.
