Church youths prepare for convention

YOUNG members of the Wesleyan Church will hold a convention in Lae in July, secretary and treasurer of church’s National Youth Ministry Francis Tongapi says.
The convention will be held at the Lae Secondary School from July 2 to 6.
The purpose is to encourage youth members to work together in saving souls and to know Jesus Christ as their Saviour.
The ministry is urging youths and Wesleyans around the nation to pray for the event that it is successful.
The camp fee is K60. Invitations have been sent out to guest speakers for the convention.
The convention is set to be a life-changing and inspirational event, Tongapi said.
