Churches should unite for change

Letters

AS a young man growing up in a church, I have realised that one of the hindrance churches have is having no understanding to unite for greater move of God.
The members within a church think that the establishment of philosophical doctrines are essential part that can be convincing for people to get into churches.
Preaching is not about persuading people go to church.
It’s an illness observing people preaching the doctrines and not the Gospel Truth that the nation needs.
The Gospel is not about doctrines or laws.
The Gospel is all about salvation.
When the Israelites were under the captivity of Egyptian empire, God didn’t bring laws to save the Israelites.
God brought salvation to His chosen people (Israelites) and laws followed to guide the salvation which was given to them.
In PNG, different churches preach different doctrines which confuses people.
Every church wants to be the best.
The doctrines reached many ears but salvation has not reached many hearts.
That’s why we see so many negative things happening in our country.
People are not touched by God’s word and the Word has never been rooted in peoples’ lives.
That’s why, there are no self-control, peace, etc…
People have become so fast to react to evil.
Both leaders and people do not fear the lord in their hearts, that is why God has not moved this Nation yet.
Though, you might see God moving in your little church groups, I am concerned about how God would move this nation.
A revival on this land is vital.
A revival comes when there’s unity.
Unity is the goal or a condition God wants His people to reach before He comes in His fullness.
We don’t need machine guns, pigs or money to bring peace into this land.
All we need is love, forgiveness and unity for God’s divine purpose upon this nation to be accomplished.
Despite the differences in doctrines, days of worship, let’s just have unity amongst fellow Christian brothers.
Pray with boldness in Faith for God to revive this land.
When God takes over this land, you’ll see this nation getting into complete transformation.
If churches still operate among divisions, am so worried about the future of my nation.
