Background: Formerly known as the Lae City Dwellers, the club was established in the 2014-2015 NSL season and has grown to be a major force in the semi-professional competition.
The club then changed their name to Toti City in 2018 to acknowledge their sponsor, Lae Biscuit Company.
City are known as a club who put God first in everything they do.
They train, worship and do everything as a team and have set high standards over the years.
Achievements: The greatest achievement for City since their establishment was winning the grand final and defending their title.
The club defeated Madang in their debut season to claim the title and then went on to defeat Hekari United in the 2016 grand final.
In 2017, City were handed the premiership after they had secured the minor title.
The grand final was cancelled due to some franchises not settling in full their affiliation fees.
Last year, they beat Besta PNG United to claim the title for the fourth time in a row.
City have also represented Papua New Guinea at the Oceania Football Confederation Champions League four times since their debut season.
