THE current Digicel advertisement promoting the prices of high speed internet differs in the two dailies and needs to be verified.
The advertisement is confusing and I believe other customers share the same opinion as me.
There are two different prices for the same service.
One daily publishes the service at K149 while the other publishes it at K99.
Is it because Digicel is unable to decide on the pricing or is it a ridiculous marketing strategy?
The advertisement has created anxieties among customers who have paid K149 only to find out it costs only K99.
I call on Digicel to clear up the air once and for all.
