Clarify to Kainantu parents

 CAN the Education Department and the government come out clearly to parents of students in Kainantu schools? Why are school administrations so desperate to ask for project fees when the government is supporting them with funds? A school has set K300 aside as project fee, which is beyond what the education department has set. This must be a super school with academic excellence?
