Clean Lae roadside consistently

 LAE has been my home for the past 20 years and it is very sad to see the condition of Eriku, Town and Market bus stops filled with mud, dirt and rubbish. 

We do not know whether the scenery will change once all roads are done up as it is up to the city council. 

Cleaning contract for lawns along the road is an issue. 

Contractors cut, weed or clean the roadside, then disappear, only to return two or three months later. 

I suggest the council engage a permanent contractor that is accountable to such obligations rather than doing it on an ad-hoc basis.
