Club appeals for return of jerseys

THE Port Moresby Butterflies Rugby Club is appealing to people for any information on the whereabouts of the club’s jerseys.
The jerseys were stolen from the club patron’s home at Five-Mile two week’s ago, a day after the Butterflies and the Blackswan International Royals match.
In addition, the club is appealing to the public, individuals and business houses to help them with a set of jerseys for their match this weekend against the Kone Storms.
Interested persons or business houses can contact player/team manager Michael Boeo on 7369 7141.
Last weekend the club had to borrow a set of jerseys from an off-season team to play the PRK Souths.
Round 21 matches to be played this weekend will see Parishco Brothers taking on Hohola Dragons, Butterflies will meet Kone Storms for the third time, Defence will play Snax Kone Tigers, Eda Ranu Dobo Warriors will battle Paga and Hawks will measure up against Souths.
The other matches will see the Eco Care PNG Post Puma lock horns with Hekari Tarangau, Gulf West to handle Islands Petroleum Maiari Eagles and high flying RH Foundation Magani will go head to head with the in-form Royals. 
The points table as of last weekend was: Dobo 32, Brothers 32, Hawks 26, Paga 26, Royals 25, Tarangau 24, Souths 24, Magani 19, Kone Storms 17, West 16, Post Puma 14, Kone Tigers 14, Butterflies 13, Defence 11, Mairi Eagles 7 and Hohola Dragons 7.
