COCA-Cola now comes in a new look with a positional change for its trade mark on its products from vertical to horizontal on the top of the Coca-Cola canned drink.
General manager Philippe Mondada said the new design was incorporated to celebrate the authenticity, elegance and the iconicity of the Coca-Cola brand across the company’s entire portfolio.
Mondada said the design change was happening worldwide to follow new trends.

He said the new look was more simplified and the positional change of the trade mark placed horizontally on the top was to elevate the iconic brand.
“Over the years, Coca-Cola has become a powerful household name in PNG and the most recognised beverage brand,” he said.
“As a matter of fact there is a lot of competition and other companies trying to copy (us) but have not been successful.

“Coca-Cola is still the number one ranked FMCG (fast moving consumable goods) around the world.
“We are pleased to present the new refreshed look the brand is going through.
“It is all about the design of the Coca-Cola brand trade mark.

“From time to time, every iconic brand needs a refresh point.
“The world is evolving so the product as well has to follow those new trends.
“The new look brands are expected in the market at the end of the month.
