Giant break
PNG-born Chris Minimbi, a rugby lock forward playing for Naitasiri province in the Fiji national rugby competition, has broken into the Flying Fijian national team preparing to play Portugal, France and Scotland in the Autumn Nations Cup next month in Europe. Big feat.
Court relief

Raiders beware

Thank God
Someone posted this: “Yesterday I wanted to fight a certain guy but people separated us. Next morning I saw the same guy training a group of people in karate. I now believe that God never forgets his children.”
Boot them out
Advice: Do not let negative, stupid and toxic people rent space in your head. Increase the rent and boot them out.
Thought for today
Today you could be standing next to someone who is trying his or her best not to fall apart. So whatever you do today, do it with kindness in your heart.
