Archilles heel
Many Broncos fans singled out their million-dollar No 6 Anthony Milford as the Archilles heel in the side. He did not play last week but the team still lost badly. Therefore there must are other Archilles heels in the side.
Fee increase
One television network is increasing its fees by K11 a month – in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. No empathy or mercy for customers at all it seems.
So much littering
An eyesore in the middle of the capital city which many including City Hall and Government officials walk past every day but turn a blind eye to. Plastic (yes, plastic) bottles clog up the big drains, waiting for the next big rain to sweep them out to sea – and out of sight conveniently. So sad.
Enemy camp
Passenger was seen getting into a cab near a supermarket in Gordon, and after noticing the NSW Blue flag flying in front of the vehicle, quickly alighted. He told the driver he is a Maroons fan. Oops!
Betting frenzy
And talking about SOO1, betting among “friends” is building up to thousands of kina as of yesterday – more expensive and intense than the Melbourne Cup.
Election is nigh
Some should expect to see more of their MP around the electorate now that the national election is less than a year away. He will be starting new projects, visiting people he had not seen since 2017 and handing out cash left, right and centre. Expect him to come knocking.
Food for thought
