Sex partner
According to a statement being circulated by the World Health Organisation, people who do not have sex or struggle to find a sex partner to have children, will now be considered “disabled”! What next?
Best wingers
NRL greats Brad Fittler and Andrew Johns have picked their top five NRL wingers. Fittler: Wendell Sailor, Blake Ferguson, Brett Morris, Manu Vatuvei and Lote Tuqiri. Johns: Wendell Sailor, Adam MacDougall, Lote Tuqiri, Semi Radradra, Timana Tahu. Sailor and Tuqiri appear in both their lists.
Top eight
Competition in the NRL seems to have shifted up a gear. Last weekend’s matches kept most fans on the edge of their seats. Everyone wants one of those top eight spots.
Testing noise
The noises on the essence of the Covid-19 testing in PNG seem to have subsided. We need more testing to detect, and address, positive cases. Don’t do off.
Wild fire
Let’s stop kidding ourselves, PNG. PM Marape is right to sound the wake-up call about the impact of the Covid-19 Delta variant on PNG when – not if – it hits the country. It will be worse than wild fire. No joke.
Safety first

PM Marape is safely wrapped up in protective gear and wearing a PNG flag face mask as he enters a hospital to hand over some funds. Setting an example.
Food for thought
There are three solutions to every problem: accept it, change it, or leave it. If you cannot accept it, then change it. If you cannot change it, then leave it.
Top quote
“It is not a matter of if the Delta strain will hit us, but when it will hit us. It is now a matter of time. And we must prepare for the worst case scenario.” – Prime Minister James Marape.
