Night crowd
A large crowd was seen walking home along a busy highway near midnight Wednesday in one of the more notorious suburbs of Port Moresby. They were returning from a church crusade nearby. Good on them.
Backside still


This bus stop shelter lying on its backside near the Eight-Mile roundabout in Port Moresby has been crying out for attention for more than a year to be put upright again. MP Kaupa or Governor Parkop? Anybody?
Olympics winner
If we take the population, size of the economy and the number of medals won at the Tokyo Olympics, San Marino (pop 34,000) with its three medals is the winner. In the Pacific, NZ comes 5th, Fiji 8th and Australia 14th.
