A COLLEAGUE trying to do research on You Tube on sugar-free recipes suddenly received a notification from the platform suggesting that he should try watching “How to get a sugar daddy”. Oops.

ABSURD, outrageous, senseless – we will run out of superlatives trying to describe how a mother was tortured after being accused of practicising sorcery to kill her own son. Goodness!
Being complicit
PEOPLE who pay public servants money for faster service are complicit in corrupt practices and should not complain if they do not get what they want. So foolish.
Under weather
FOUR police officers in Daru have been suspended after shooting and puncturing all the tires of the only police vehicle available there. Most probably under the weather.
Calling Grandma
SMART lad calling Grandma near midday to complain that Mum and Dad are still asleep, and that he has not had breakfast yet!
Circling sharks
THE sharks are circling, slowly getting closer to their prey. The prey is easy bait, with schools about to start and parents recovering from the heavy Xmas shopping and spending.
Thought for today
TIME is deadly when you are sad, endless when you are in pain, long when you feel bored, slow when you wait, fast when you are late, short when you are happy. Time is determined by your feelings and your psychological conditions, and not by clocks. So do not be a slave of time.
