Blues jinx
Blues fan received hostile looks when she arrived at work yesterday. Everyone knows that when she wears blue on State of Origin day, the Blues will lose. For some reason only known to her, she was in blue on Wednesday.
Leaders in blue
Talking of the Blue jinx, all the Pacific island leaders attending a forum in Suva, Fiji were wearing blue on Wednesday – including our own PM Marape who is known to be a Maroons fan. No wonder!
Biscuit bet
Mister Six, the only Maroons supporter in the family, challenged his sisters to a bet before the game kicked off on Wednesday night. Yesterday, he walked around demanding from them a packet of his favourite biscuit each.
Loyal sisters
PM Marape and his Fijian counterpart Bainimarama hail from two sister provinces – Hela in PNG and Tailevu in Fiji. Marape was warmly welcomed in Tailevu during a previous visit.

Unique man
Many women are looking for the most unique and hard-to-find species of man – the one who is loyal, handsome and doesn’t cheat.
Rugby feast
Another weekend feast of international rugby matches: Australia A vs Tonga, Fiji vs Samoa, All Blacks vs Ireland, Wallabies vs England, Japan vs France, South Africa vs Wales, Argentina vs Scotland.
