K9 Unit
A bloke was on a PMV when he spotted a new vehicle which had a sign on the lefthand side door that read – K9 unit. He nudged closer to the window to see the cute doggies. But alas, it was private security firm. And in the cage were security guards. But no doggies.
Undercover trade
If you walking on a footpath and find some green nuts hidden in a carton, don’t grab them. They belong to a vendor who is standing a metre away. Vendors now resort to taking money from customers and pointing to the direction where the secret stash is hidden.
Broncos loss
Three days after the Broncos humiliating loss to the slippery Eels and the game is still a hot topic, especially in the social media realm. You can be rest assured that there will be one team Broncos fans won’t be supporting this weekend.
Epic clash
It will sure be a mouth-watering battle between the Eels and the Storm this weekend, with the clash of the Fijian flyers. Try-scoring freak Maika Sivo will be up against fellow countryman Suliasi Vunivalu. Many local fans will be backing PNG’s favourite son Justin Olam to score a try. It’s anybody’s game.
Missing hubby
A PNG couple on a holiday in Mexico were given a complementary bottle of wine upon arrival in their room aboard a cruise ship. Hubby grabbed the expensive bottle and dashed out of the room to fetch a bottle opener. The wife waited in vain and fell asleep. Her hubby forgot the room number and had to guess his way back hours later.
