Lae News, Normal

Ron Dickson, for at least the second time this year, took his paint, brushes and workers onto Frigate Street, Voco Point, yesterday. He owns the corner shop that houses the single women hostel, the Door Nine, the International Training Institute, and Everclean dry-cleaners, among others.  In the foreground, his worker Dengi Yana, paints an arrow on the one-way street while volunteer Raymond Tony looks out for wayward drivers. In the background Philemon Masu is being watched closely by Mr Dickson as he paints another arrow.
