Company gives computer to police

A POLICE group in Port Moresby have been given a computer set by a company.
The used-car dealer 2 Fast Motors Ltd made the donation to the Southern Police Mobile Group, command headquarters at McGregor Barracks yesterday.
Company chief executive officer Billy Lin was approached by the group’s administration to help them.
He said the computer would help the administration based at McGregor to update its data on community policing as well.
The computer cost K2,900
Lin said he had been supporting  police in the National Capital District and Central.
On behalf of the group, the administration Sgt Mark Sevua and Snr Const Allan Waulai thanked Lin for the donation which would help police maintain law and order in the communities.
 Sevua said the administration’s computer was beyond repair and needed replacement.
