THE Brothers Rugby Football Union Club have received new apparel from major sponsors Kramer Ausenco (KA).
The largest engineering and project management company in Papua New Guinea and the South Pacific has supported the Brothers since 2011 in the country’s premier rugby competition, Capital Rugby Union, in Port Moresby.
KA PNG and Solomon Islands regional manager Rovaly Sike presented the new apparel to club president George Koi, vice-president/manager Johnny Passingan and their players.
Sike said Kramer Ausenco was a proud sponsor of a club which shared the company’s culture of teamwork, respect, integrity, recognition, growth and leadership.
“We are sure the players will wear with pride their stripes,” Sike said.
“Fans of the club certainly wear the supporters’ polos, caps and other merchandise with pride.
“And players and supporters, look forward to defending our men’s premier and B-Grade titles this year, and adding a few more titles among the other grades.”
On Saturday, the KA Sisters beat Harlequins 29-10.
On Sunday, the Brothers men’s Under-23 side defeated Juggernauts 3-0.
The Brothers A-Grade side beat Juggernauts 29-10, and the premier graders triumphed over Juggernauts 57-0.
