SUPER Value Stores (SVS) has launched its third Supa V Stoa in Morobe, boosting the concept in the province.

The Supa V Stoa concept was established to support locals to venture into small to medium enterprise business.

The company, with its major partners Bank South Pacific and Digicel (PNG) and the support from Coca-Cola Amitil, Trukai, Ox & Palm among others, had established 19 of these stores, three of which are in Morobe.

The store, launched at Situm by Nawaeb MP Gisuwat Siniwin, is the first for the district and is owned by couple Edwin Miring and Stella Edwin Rumbam.

Siniwin said a new era had dawned on the Situm community to contribute on the economy of the country and it was the beginning of more.

“We are mixture of people residing here in Situm so we must take ownership to look after the property to provide service to the community. When we do that development will come in,” Siniwin said.
