POLICE Commissioner David Manning’s direct letter to the electoral commissioner has a lot of implications.
This is in regards to irregularities of the ballot papers in Kuare LLG, Ialibu-Pangia.
Does this imply that any complaints from other candidates must be made known directly or raised to the police commissioner and then has to go through the electoral commissioner?
Why can’t the complainant write directly to the electoral commissioner through the RO as was the case in the 12 disputed Koroba-Kopiago boxes?
Some of us voters are already fed up with the numerous delay tactics being made in broad daylight.
Over to you EC.
