Consider protocols before commenting

Letters

I AM writing in response to the letter “Yopyyopy had time for everyone” in yesterday’s The National.
I bring this to the attention of the officer concerned that when making comparisons, we have to consider protocol, processes and procedures when trying to see the minister.
The minister is leading the ministry of more than a million students and parents and not only the staff at the Education Department.
The circular from the Education secretary is in place to comply with.
The minister had plans to elevate schools in his district well before becoming the Education minister.
He is upgrading schools and trying to lift the standard of education in his electorate.
