Constitutional requirements

ELECTIONS for national, provincial and urban/rural local level governments are constitutional requirements the Government should implement every five years without failure.
The excuses by the prime minister – who first gave a date then deferred it several times because of the non-payment of allowances to ward members – shows that PNG is bankrupt because there is no money to implement the constitutional requirements of the country.
This is a constitutional matter and should be taken to court to see if it’s legal or not.
