Continue adhering to Covid-19 measures

THE public, especially mothers, children and simple people should be aware that global Covid-19 statistics as of Oct 14 stands at 38 million positive cases.
The number of people who have died from Covid-19 is 1.08 million, which is an improvement compared to statistics in March.
The total number of people who have recovered from the disease stands at 26.3 million, again, this is a huge improvement to statistics in March.
The total number of those recovered is 69.2 per cent.
While the US, India, Brazil and Russia are leading in reported Covid-19 cases, we can comfortably say that the world is recovering well from this pandemic.
It is everyone’s duty to follow strict guidelines issued by authorities worldwide and in PNG until all is clear.
