Contract seems overvalued

SO far so good is how I will summarise Governor Kelly Naru’s leadership as far as governance and transparency are concerned. However, I am troubled by the awarding of a K5 million contract for minor maintenance works for the Morobe Tutumang headquarters. Was a transparent tender process followed in awarding the contract because it looks overvalued or inflated and the awardee appears to be a close aid to the governor. Someone in the Tutumang hierarchy needs to clarify this for the sake of transparency and good governance, which is what our good governor stands for.
