Contradicting comments

ELECTORAL Commission officials should be speaking moderately and dilute what they are saying.
Talks like, “polling praised in Hela” and “we will deliver a trouble free election in SHP” is not correct.
From experience, for the General Election 2017, there was good lead-up and talk about the election.
However, the chaos and events that arose after polling and the lead-up to counting and after that was disastrous for some parts of the country.
Some incidents were not as a direct result of Electoral Commission’s faults, some were and others were the work of candidates and supporters.
It may be that they are speaking on their overall performance and confidence in running the elections but these are early days and the signs out there on the ground are contradicting.
