Cops stealing from people

POLICE are stealing from the people with State-issued firearms and uniforms.
Is there any law that allows police to enter any premises without a search warrant and take people’s properties?
This is happening in most parts of Port Moresby and I have witnessed it.
Police would enter a settlement and raid the stores without search warrants.
They take alcohol and cigarettes and drive away.
Store owners are helpless because they cannot do anything.
Even if they lodge their complaints report, they do not get the justice they deserve.
There are many good policemen and women out there, but there are also a few who are stealing from the people.
Its better to enforce strict discipline in the force and remove the rogue policemen and women.
People now fear the police more than rascals.
It’s about time the force lifted its standards and discipline to restore public confidence.
It’s not good for us fear the very force that we should seek protection from.
