Bambai said Isaac was declared after the first count for team 10 and the team’s second count would be today at Bugal ward 2, another oil palm sub-division.
He said team 11 declared a new councillor, Ben Morris, for Gaopore ward 4 last Wednesday.
He said the team’s second count would start on Thursday at Sarakolok ward 8.
There were four more wards to be covered by both teams – ward six and seven to be covered by team 11 and wards three and five to be covered by team10.
Both teams were expected to end counting on July 26.
