Country has failed my child

I RECENTLY received my child’s year 12 certificate and it has grades of three As and two Bs. The grades meet the course requirements of the university. I was informed that due to high competition and limited space, they had to select the top best grades. I’m not sure whether I should accept this reason given the high level of perceived corruption in our country where innocent and honest are suffering at the expense of minority.  My child did not fail his responsibility to achieve good results but his country has failed him. I believe this may be an experience of many parents and children throughout country right now.
