A COURT has told a man who denied threatening two others that he would cut their heads off to bring his witnesses for a trial on Dec 2.
Daniel Tiki, 30, from Laplamb village in Baiyer district, Western Highlands pleaded not guilty to the charge of issuing the threat.
Police alleged that on Sept 29, Tiki went to the two men at his village and told them he would chop their heads off and post the pictures on social media for everyone to see.
Magistrate Lydia Karre told him to bring his witnesses for the trial.
In a separate case, Magistrate Karre ordered Baiyer police to bring Jacob Kuange to court on Wednesday.
Kuange was arrested on Oct 20 and detained at the Baiyer police cell without being taken to court.
