LACK of cooperation between police and witnesses has forced the Waigani Committal Court to throw out two cases of dangerous driving causing death.
Waigani Committal Court magistrate Cosmas Bidar struck out a case against David Orur, saying:  “The case started in March and there were no witnesses cooperating with the arresting officer.”
Bidar also ruled out a similar case against Ben Kabo. He told the court that the case started on March 4 and  three months had passed during which time there was no word from the arresting officer.
Meanwhile, Henry Ulawa pleaded guilty to  dangerous driving.
